What to expect in this course
In this ELAT Masterclass, you will learn:
- How to brainstorm your ELAT answer
- How to outline your ELAT answer
- How to go through an ELAT paper
- How to write your ELAT answer
You will see my process for excelling the ELAT. This is the exact same process I used to pass my own ELAT and receive an offer from the University of Oxford to study English Language and Literature. I have given this blueprint to countless more students over the years as an educational consultant and have seen a great success rate.
We'll break down every part of the ELAT process together, first super slow, really drilling the philosophy of how to write a successful answer, then under timed conditions.
I implore you to be an active student throughout this ELAT Masterclass.
So please:
- Print off the past ELAT paper provided
- Have a pen and plenty of paper handy
- Make yourself comfortable
- Have a nice drink by your side
- Remove outside distractions
- Focus
By the end of this course, you will be more confident walking into the ELAT exam. And you'll be armed with the best brainstorming, outlining, and writing techniques for writing a passionate answer that will make the examiners take notice of you.
You will also be invited to share your outlines and past paper answers with me for a critique, commentary, and advice on where to focus for improvements.
Let's get into the Masterclass.
